Next Meeting Oct 11, 2011 Bozeman Trail Steakhouse
Members present: Ray, Heidi and Rebecca Pearce, , Jan and Bill Harnish, Eddie Garro, Don and Diana Pownell, Layne, Becky, Hannah, and Holly Qualm, Erik Elmer, Justin Elmer, Jean and Gordon Strom
Guests: Ashely and Allyson Harnish, Christian Strom, and Ethan Landsidel
President Ray Pearce called meeting to order at 12:08 pm
Short meeting to discuss necessary items before fall!
*Safety Shelter Eddie had the title for the new safety shelter. Will take it up to Rays to be worked on by the club. 2 windows were donated, plus one door and a woodstove. Will need chimney pipe with damper. Webb Creek SS is at WS Construction. It will need a few minor repairs. Members will call when they have the time and materials to work on both. Hopefully before Bow Season.
*Raffle: Bill Harnish had information on the guns and prices at The Sports Lure. Maximum to spend on items is $1,200.00. Decided on 1st prize-7MM hunting rifle – 2nd prize a 22 rifle or a hand gun – 3rd prize binoculars..Sell tickets at 1 for $10.00 or 3 for $25.00..1000 raffle tickets to be printed up with drawing to be held in Oct before hunting season.
